How can I place an order?
Select the items you want, select the size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Then follow the checkout process and fill in your information.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept iDeal, PayPal, credit card, Klarna (pay later) and Bancontact for Belgian customers.
What are the shipping costs?
At LOD of Love we charge the following shipping costs:
Within the Netherlands: €6.78
Order for €100 or more and shipping is free!
To Germany: €8.93
To Belgium: €10.03
To Luxembourg: €12.83
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands: Delivery within 1-2 business days. For other countries: Delivery within 3-4 business days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Simply complete the returns form and return your order.
What are the costs for returns?
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the delivery was incorrect or damaged.
How do I know which size to choose?

What should I do if an item is sold out?
Sign up for a notification on the product page. You'll receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service immediately. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can adjust or cancel it.
