We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it's possible that an order is damaged during transport or something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Our complaints department will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. You will receive confirmation from us after receiving your complaint.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will notify you.

If you're not satisfied with this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Quality Mark Foundation, with which we are affiliated. They will mediate: https://www.keurmerk.info/nl/consumenten/klacht/

As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
